Policy

University employees may distribute approved handbills by hand or by placing in hallways or on bulletin boards. Handbills may not be distributed by campus mail. Approval of handbills is the responsibility of the Director of Personnel Services. The criteria for approval will be whether the materials to be distributed are in accord with the mission and values of The Catholic University of America. Materials posted without a stamp of approval will be removed and destroyed. Employees are also bound by the Policy for Posting Notices on Campus in the Student Handbook.
