This page contains links to selected Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) for certain CUA benefit plans. Note that while each benefit plan that is covered under ERISA has an SPD, some are created by CUA and some by the benefit provider, such as the health insurance carrier or life insurance carrier. Thus, only the SPDs created by CUA are currently linked from this page. For life, health, and disability benefit plans, the SPDs are provided by the insurance carrier.
