Additional History

2/26/18:  The policy was reviewed by the Associate Vice President for Public Safety and Emergency Management consistent with the annual review of the University's Emergency Response Plan.  The policy was determined to be current and correct and no updates or changes are needed.

5/6/13: Following review by Internal Audit and the VP for Finance and Treasurer, the following information was added as an additional bullet under section III. Reporting Emergencies with respect to the actions that DPS will take:  "Alert CUA senior leadership as set forth in the DPS-maintained Notifications List."

2/6/13:  Revised to provide more detailed, concrete guidance for preparing for and responding to emergencies. Additional information for reporting information also was added.
