Additional History:

11/10/14: The introduction was revised to reflect more accurately the goals of financial recordkeeping and proper disposal of University Property. The definitions section was added for clarity.  The duties of departmental personnel in the property inventory process were emphasized and the requirements and limitations for disposal of University property were expanded.  The Responsible Official was changed from the Associate VP for Facilities Operations to the Director, Environmental Health and Safety.
