Governance Documents

This section of the University Policies web page includes important documents related to the governance of the university.  These are some of the “university statutes” or internal rules and regulations of the university which define the structure and organization of the university, including the roles and authority of various bodies and persons.  

 

Included here are the university’s bylaws, the Constitution of the Academic Senate and the Special Statutes for Ecclesiastical Units.  Additional governance documents may be found in the Faculty Handbook and in the offices of the university President and Vice Presidents.
