12-9-08 The policy was updated to bring it into compliance with the new ADAAA. Changes were to the definitions section.

6/19/07 An entirely new policy was issued. The prior policy referred to a committee process which was no longer operational. The new policy more clearly delineates responsibilities between the employee seeking an accommodation, the supervisor and the EO Office.

5/16/06: Language in this policy was edidted to reflect current terminology. All uses of "handicapped individual" were replaced by "individual with a disability." Areas where language was changed are highlighted in red on the archived version of this policy.
