Posting Policy


2/27/18:  The policy was updated to: a) place greater emphasis on the requirement that postings be consistent with mission, approved in advance, and conform to the policy's standards; b) clarify applicability to student organizations, University departments and units, and outside organizations; c) clarify that offices other than Campus Activities also may have to approve postings in certain locations; d) change the responsible official from the Director of the Office of Campus Activities to the Associate Vice President for Student Engagement; and e) add more descriptive headings.

9/18/06: Updated to conform to Student Handbook. The only change was that the last sentence of Section II of the policy was updated. That sentence was: In addition to this policy, the policies outlined in the Residential Handbook provide guidelines specific to the residence halls.
