Motor Vehicles

The CUA president, directors, agents and employees hereby specifically disclaim responsibility, express or implied, to protect against theft of or damage to vehicles or their contents. The acceptance of a permit constitutes an acknowledgment and acceptance of this condition of the privilege to use parking facilities.

Any vehicle parked on campus, other than at a metered space with a lawful coin deposited, must have a valid CUA parking permit properly displayed. Any vehicle not displaying the required permit is subject to be ticketed, immobilized and/or towed at the owner's risk and expense.

Replacement parking permits may be obtained at the Department of Public Safety, Room 121, Leahy Hall, for a fee of $25. A bona fide police report containing a police file number must be made in the jurisdiction where the parking permit was lost or stolen. Evidence that a police report has been made must be presented to the DPS traffic office before the parking permit can be replaced.
