2/6/06 Per Director of HR, the following changes were made:

The sentences "It is important to submit the forms to Human Resources on time.  Late submissions of the forms have a negative effect on the Workers’ Compensation insurance premiums paid by the University."  were changed to read: It is important to submit the forms to Human Resources as soon as possible so that employees can begin to recieve benefits in a timely manner.   

One additional change was made, as follows:

"No employee can be terminated as a consequence of an active Workers’ Compensation claim." was changed to read: 

No employee can be terminated as a consequence of having filed a First Report of Injury.
